Today, the Youth Choir will practice at 4pm and then sing in the evening service.

Today is the last day to sign up for the Appreciation Dinner for our youth workers, which will be on Tuesday, September 9. This is for all youth workers who have helped this year in any youth ministry, from nursery to college. See Tony Walker with any questions; the signup sheet is at the Teen Room door.

Tonight, we will have a Commissioning Service for Josh & Christal Hicks and Ed Strickland in the evening service followed by a Church-wide potluck fellowship immediately after the service, in the activity building. Bring your favorite dishes, sandwiches, snacks, desserts, drinks, etc., and we’ll put it all together for our time of fellowship.

Jonathan McClain will be leading a new Bible study for young adults (high school graduates–20s). Their first meeting will be Sunday, September 7 at 5:00pm in the teen room. See him if you are interested, and if you know of anyone in that age range, turn in their name and we will contact them.
